Steve Garber
Owner/Broker
Steve attended Santa Monica College and graduated with an AA in math and science. He attended UCLA and completed his studies at Cal State Dominguez Hills where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After graduating, Steve spent 6 years in the Navy as a Naval Officer and Aviator.
Since founding Garber Financial in 1981, Steve has been an active member in the Real Estate and Mortgage Loan industry in Southern California. Steve and his team at Garber Financial are ready to serve your needs pertaining to any Real Estate transaction. He is currently serving the Coachella Valley area in Real Estate Sales.

Kate Williamson
Mortgage Lending Manager
Kate was raised in northern New York State and graduated from State University of New York, Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree. After relocating to San Diego with her husband,she joined the Garber Financial team as a Mortgage Specialist in 1987. In addition to her duties at Garber Financial, Kate has enjoyed raising two children and continues to remain active in her local community.
As a professional in the industry, she is an active member of both the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP). Kate has built her reputation on outstanding service to her clients, looking out for their best interests, and keeping them informed throughout every step of the lending process. It is her goal to help cut through the clutter and noise in the mortgage marketplace to quickly and efficiently find the loan that is best for her clients. degree in Economics. She started as a Sales Assistant with Garber Financial in 2009, and became a licensed Real Estate
Agent in 2011. Currently, Alena specializes in Coachella Valley real estate including golf course and RV friendly homes.
