pilot. He spent 6 years in the Navy as a Naval Officer/Pilot as NAS Miramar
in San Diego, CA.
Steve attended Santa Monica College and graduated with an AA in math and science. He attended UCLA and completed his studies at Cal State Dominguez Hills where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Phil has been with Garber Financial since 1994, Specializing in loans for borrowers with less than perfect credit. He is retired from the U.S. Navy where he was in the Submarine Service. He also served with now - broker Steve Garber in the Naval Air Force.
