PERS - Public Employee Retirement System for active or retired members. 100% loans, conforming and jumbo loans. Down payment money can be borrowed from your PERS account so that you have no money out of pocket to purchase a home. Interest rate locked at time of application, but can be reduced during processing period if rates drop.
